This session will focus on stories of growth and resilience in the realm of mental health. Mental health is prevalent but so are stories of hope, courage, and growth. Lets explore narratives that inspire and showcase the transformative power of resilience.

Ticket Cost: $5 for guests only (not students)

Students are asked to arrive no earlier than 6:00 pm Dressed in their grad gown ready to go.

How do I study, organize myself, and figure this out?

Meet Mackenzie Smith, a third-year University of Calgary student who juggles both humanities and science courses while also working part-time and running her own business. How does she manage to do it all? Discover the tips and tricks that can help make your own journey smoother and more successful.

Did you know that she utilizes technology to take study notes and for studying purposes? This learning method is beneficial for students in grades 10 and 11, and the habits she has developed started when she was in grade 10.
